Antique Blickensderfer No. 8 Typewriter - Serial Number 142736 - Not Working

Antique Blickensderfer No. 8 Typewriter. Manufactured in Stamford Connecticut starting in 1908. Serial number 142736. Mounted on original wooden base, but case cover is not included. Approximately 13” wide by 12” deep. Item has not been cleaned, has rust and keys, typing ball and carriage do not appear to be working.
Model #8 was designed to minimize hand movement by locating the most commonly used letters near the space bar. This model also has a number tabulator system with nickel plated levers. There is also a back space key and a metal frame around the keyboard to make it more sturdy.
Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Parcel Select Ground.
