This is a
Leonard Thermostatic Emergency Mixing Valve model TM-600-LF with 1" FPT Inlet x 1-1/4" Outlet.
The LEONARD VALVE thermostatic emergency mixing valve for drench or combination stations helps to ensure that workers flush for a full 15 minutes.
Mixes hot and cold water to maintain outlet temperature to within ±5°F of your setting.
Features a solid bimetal thermostat, adjustable high-temperature or temperature rise limit stop, cast lever handle, union angle check stops on inlets, and color-coded dial thermometer.
Inlet valve of 1" and an outlet valve of 1-1/4".
